Rhonda M. Jenkins

Rhonda Jenkins is an Associate Director with the San Francisco office of Navigant Consulting, Inc.’s Financial & Insurance Services practice group. Ms. Jenkins has over twenty years of experience implementing information technology solutions for the legal and insurance industries. She currently works with the Information Technology Solutions group at Navigant Consulting where she is responsible for managing outsourced web-based document repositories and providing business technology consulting and project management services.

Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Inc. in 2004, Ms. Jenkins was President/CEO of Legal Web Technologies, LLC, where she provided information technology consulting and web application development services to law firms, insurance companies, and corporate in-house counsel.

Professional Experience Ms. Jenkins specializes in business technology consulting and web application development and deployment. Specific services include strategic technology planning, budgeting, network infrastructure analysis, disaster recovery planning and implementation, development of security policies and firm-wide and departmental procedures, network infrastructure design and documentation, business process analysis and application integration and development. Successful projects include:

» Designed and developed multi-million page document repository and case management application for large group of worldwide counsel to London insurers.

» Designed and developed collaborative extranet for large international legal association.

» Designed and developed an award winning, interactive, information-based web site and electronic newsletter that resulted in increased revenue to firm.
